These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms & Conditions”) apply to the use of services, products, and websites (hereinafter “Services”) of Editorial Internacional ERUDITUS S.L. (hereinafter ERUDITUS® or Publisher) located at eruditus-books.com with all subdomains.

These Terms & Conditions do not replace the Authors’ and Reviewers’ Guidelines, Publishing Ethics, Editorial Policy, review process and other instructions, concerning publishing, recruiting, collaborating, and advertising.

These Terms & Conditions shall begin on the date hereof.

Unless otherwise stated, ERUDITUS® and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the websites. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the trademark and logo, are reserved. You may access this from our website for your own personal use, subjected to restrictions set in these Terms & Conditions.

ERUDITUS® is the registered trademark of Editorial Internacional ERUDITUS S.L. ​This trade name in accordance with the Trade Mark Act 17, dated 7 December 2001 grants the Exclusive Right to its holder to use to identify the company, its products and services.

Authors reproducing material from other publications protected by copyrights in their works are obliged to provide the Publisher with the proof of the obtained necessary copyright permission.

Authors remain responsible for any infringement of copyrights and patents, and/or  plagiarism in their published manuscripts.

ERUDITUS® has the full rights:

  • To reject any proposal and to delete any material or content, as well as user accounts.

  • To change prices online, informing of such changes with good notice.

  • To amend, change, and update these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer notice as well as the Editorial Policy and Publishing Ethics, Authors’ & Reviewers’ Guidelines, and/or any other document, policy, material etc. at any time by posting changes to the relevant pages of the website without prior notice.

  • To not provide services if the relevant charge has not been paid.

  • To require/claim indemnification for caused damages arising out of your use of or inability to use of the services and content, and/or your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel your placed and paid order before it is processed. When the order is not yet processed, the order shall be cancelled and the payment will be refunded, with the transfer fees borne by the customer. If the order is processed and the service or product is fully prepared, the cancellation is not acceptable. If the order is partially prepared, it will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are of full age and have full legal capacity and enough ability to use the website and services.

  • You have read and duly considered the relevant guidelines before taking any action on this website.

Any terms not included in these Terms & Conditions and/or diverged from those is not applicable, unless expressly confirmed by ERUDITUS® in written form.

If any provision of the present Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Spanish law. The Alicante, Valencia Community shall be the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the Customer’s domiciliation/nationality.

By using this website, you accept all these Terms & Conditions and consent to them, as well as to other integral documents, including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice.
